Yoga For Your Eyes basic.

Focus shifting, take a deep breath—a real, deep breath—inhale and hold for 12 seconds, focusing on your energy at the tip of your nose. Exhale for 12 seconds, focusing on your energy at the tip of your nose. Concentrate all your energy on the tip of your nose to improve the flexibility of the eye’s lens and strengthen the eye muscles and improve blood circulation to the eyes.
