
The meridian of the eyes is where the air enters the eyes. There are five meridians in the eyes.
Meridian A, Meridian B, Meridian C, Meridian D, and Thumb Meridian E are the five meridians. Each meridian is associated with a specific yoga pose. Yoga poses associated with these meridians are recommended for 40 repetitions each.
